Designed in the 1970's or 80's this ceramic art vessel has southwestern colors and decor throughout. Its main design is depicted as what appears to be a sunset as observed from the inside of a white adobe on a black background. This appears to be part of a five part series all pertaining to the movement of the sun across the sky from a fixed point throughout the day.

The colors of black white and natural terracotta and the geometric design interaction are typical of the south western style.
